Online Poker Script has been around since 2008. It started as PHP Poker, grew into Online Poker Script, and today sells Poker Engine: a self-hosted poker platform, with the source code on Professional and Enterprise licences.

Where we come from
We bought the copyright of PHP Poker from its original developer at phppoker.net and turned it into Online Poker Script, adding tournaments, add-ons, themes and a full admin panel along the way.
- PHP Poker (2008): the original PHP poker script.
- Online Poker Script (2013): the PHP platform, with add-ons, themes and an admin panel.
- Poker Engine (today): a ground-up rebuild in TypeScript. The PHP version is retired.

Built on a modern stack
Poker Engine is written in TypeScript on Node.js and React, with PostgreSQL 16, Redis 7 and Socket.IO. It installs with one Docker command, and a Helm chart is available for Kubernetes.
Tested before it ships
More than 8,400 automated tests run on every release, and the tournament system has been stress-tested with 200 players at once.
