Game Scheduler

The Game Scheduler creates and removes cash game tables automatically, based on templates you define. It keeps a minimum number of tables open, adds tables as they fill up, and removes empty ones.

Navigate to Game Management > Game Scheduler to access this section.

Prerequisites

The menu item appears when the gameScheduler feature toggle is on and your group has game-scheduler:read. Changes need game-scheduler:manage.

Scheduler Status

The top of the page shows whether the scheduler is Running or Stopped, the last check, and the next check.

ActionEffect

Force Check NowRun a check immediately

Four cards summarise activity: Templates (enabled and disabled counts), Active Tables managed by the scheduler, Players on scheduled tables, and Last Check.

Global Settings

Templates

Each template describes one kind of table and how many of them to run. Tables it creates show a Scheduled badge in Tables. Editing such a table affects only that table; edit the template to change future tables.

The list can be filtered by search text, game type, limit, and status. Use the row actions to Enable, Disable, Edit, or Delete a template.

Adding a Template

Click Add Template and fill in:

Blinds & StakesSmall Blind and Big Blind. Short Deck uses Ante and Button Blind instead; Stud uses Bring-In, Completion Bet, Small Bet (Lower Limit), and Big Bet (Upper Limit). Fixed Limit adds Small Bet and Big Bet
Buy-In LimitsMin Buy-In and Max Buy-In. Auto-calculated as 20 × and 100 × Big Blind
RakeAuto-calculate rake from stake tier, or a Rake Override (%) from 0 to 100
Scheduler SettingsMin Tables, Max Tables, Fill Threshold (%)
AdvancedTable Style, Priority (higher priority templates are checked first), Max Raises/Round (empty = unlimited)

Min Tables is the number of tables always kept open. Max Tables is the upper limit when busy. Fill Threshold (%) is the percentage of seats that must be occupied before a new table is created. The default of 100% only creates a table when all tables are completely full; 80–90% is recommended for real-world use.

Quick Setup Wizard

Click Quick Setup to generate many templates at once. Templates are for cash games only, so Tournament mode is not offered.

  1. Select Game Types — choose the poker variants to include.
  2. Select Betting Limits — choose limits for each game type. Conventional defaults are pre-selected.
  3. Select Stake Levels — choose stake tiers, from Micro through VIP+, or use Add Custom Tier.
  4. Table Size & Limits — set the Default Table Size, optionally Also Generate Templates For Heads-Up (2-max) and Full Ring (9-max), and set the Scaling Limits (Min Tables, Max Tables, Fill Threshold). Stud variants are capped at 8-max.
  5. Table Mode — Real Money, Virtual Chips, or both.
  6. Review & Generate — check the preview, then click Generate. Duplicates of existing templates are skipped automatically.
