Navigate to Marketing & Promotions > Bonuses to create and manage automatic bonus campaigns that reward players.
Overview
The bonus system automatically credits players when specific events occur. A bonus campaign defines:
- What event triggers it
- What type of reward to give
- How much to award
- When the campaign is active (date range)
Bonuses are passive — once active and within their date window, they fire automatically whenever a qualifying event happens.
Prerequisites
The bonuses feature must be enabled before you can use this page. If you see a "Bonuses Feature Disabled" screen, go to Settings > Features and enable the Bonuses feature toggle.
Browsing Bonuses
The list shows all bonus campaigns with their status, trigger event, type, amount, active period, and the number of times they have been credited. Use the filters to narrow results:

The Status column reflects both the isActive flag and the current date:
- Active (green) — active flag is on and current date is within the start/end window
- Scheduled (blue) — active flag is on but the start date is in the future
- Expired (red) — active flag is on but the end date has passed
- Inactive (grey) — the active flag has been manually turned off
Creating a Bonus
Click Create Bonus. The Create New Bonus form has these fields:
Description
A human-readable name for this campaign. Shown in the admin list and audit logs.
Example: Welcome Bonus - 100% First Deposit
Trigger Event

Bonus Type

Amount
Enter a fixed number or a percentage:
100— awards exactly 100 of the chosen currency50%— awards 50% of the deposit amount (only meaningful for deposit-triggered bonuses)
Start Date and End Date
The campaign only fires if the current date falls within this window. Date/time pickers let you set an exact start and end time.
New bonuses default to starting now and ending in 30 days.
Active Checkbox
Uncheck this to create the campaign in a disabled state. It will not fire until you activate it. This is useful for preparing a campaign before its launch.
Click Create Bonus to save.
Editing a Bonus
Click the pencil icon on any bonus row to open the edit form. All fields can be modified. Click Save Changes to apply.
Activating and Deactivating
Click the play/stop icon on any bonus row to toggle it on or off without opening the edit form:
- Activate (play icon, green) — turns the campaign on
- Deactivate (stop icon, yellow) — turns the campaign off
A deactivated campaign stops firing but retains all its history and credits.
Deleting a Bonus
Click the trash icon on a bonus row. A confirmation modal appears.
You cannot delete a bonus that has credits applied. If the bonus has already been credited to any users, you must deactivate it instead of deleting it. This protects the audit trail.
Viewing Credits
Click the eye icon on any bonus row to open the Credits modal. This shows a paginated list of every time this bonus was credited to a player, with:

This history is read-only and cannot be modified.
Common Bonus Configurations
Welcome Bonus — Real Money Match
- Description: Welcome Bonus – 50% First Deposit Match
- Event: On First Deposit
- Type: Real Money (USD)

- Date range: Set to your promotion window
This gives new players 50% of their first deposit as bonus funds.
No-Deposit Sign-Up Bonus
- Description: New Player Sign-Up Bonus
- Event: On First Login
- Type: Virtual Chips
- Amount:
5000 - Active: Yes
New players receive 5,000 virtual chips just for signing up and logging in.
Reload Bonus — Tournament Tickets
- Description: Weekend Reload Bonus – Free Tournament Ticket
- Event: On Deposit
- Type: Tournament Tickets
- Amount:
1 - Active: Yes
- Date range: Friday through Sunday of a specific weekend
Every deposit made during the weekend gives the player one free tournament ticket.

The bonuses feature must also be enabled in Settings > Features for the page to be accessible.
Coupons
Navigate to Marketing & Promotions > Coupons to create promo codes that players redeem. If you see a Coupons Feature Disabled screen, enable the Coupons feature toggle in Settings > Features.
Creating Coupons
- Create Coupon creates one coupon with a Coupon Code (for example,
WELCOME50), a Currency (USD, Virtual, or Tickets), a value, a description, and an expiration. - Generate Batch creates many codes that start with a prefix you choose (for example,
PROMO). The Batch Preview shows the total value before you confirm.
Browsing and Managing Coupons
Search by code and filter by status (Available, Assigned, Redeemed, Expired, or Inactive) or currency. From the list you can edit a coupon, activate or deactivate it, view its Coupon Redemption History, and click Export CSV to download the list.
