The Agent Portal at /agent is where agents manage their players and sub-agents, track commissions, buy chips at wholesale rates, and export reports. What each agent can do depends on the permissions their operator has given them.

Logging In
There is no separate agent login. Agents use their normal player account:
- Log in to the site.
- Click Agent in the main navigation, or go to
/agent.
The Agent link only appears when the agents feature is on and your account is an agent. If your account isn’t an agent, /agent shows Unauthorized. If you aren’t logged in, you are sent to the login page.
Agent actions require your agent status to be active. If your status is suspended, pending_kyc, or closed, they are refused with "Agent account is not active".
The sidebar has Dashboard, Players, Sub-Agents, Commissions, Wholesale, and Reports. Back to Site returns you to the main site.
Dashboard
Dashboard (/agent) gives an overview of your account:

Quick Actions links to View Players, View Commissions, and View Reports. Pending Commissions, Transfer Funds, and Recent Activity are placeholders and don’t show live data yet.
Referral Links
Click Generate New Link to create a referral link. The Referral Links table lists each link’s Code, Referral URL, Clicks, Signups, and Created date.
Players
Players (/agent/players) lists your assigned players with their Last Active date, Total Rake, and Status, plus their Balance if you have player.view_balance. Summary cards show Total Players, Active (7 days), and Total Rake Generated.
Adding a Player
With player.create, click + Add Player and enter a Username and Email. Choose Auto-generate password or enter your own. If a password is generated, copy it right away, because it isn’t shown again.
Player Details
With player.view, click a player to open their details: Signup Date, Last Active, Total Rake, Total Deposits, and Profile Information. Other parts of the page depend on your permissions:

Sub-Agents
Sub-Agents (/agent/sub-agents) shows your downline as an expandable tree. Each entry shows the agent’s status, Players, Balance, and Rake.
To add one with subagent.create, click + Create Sub-Agent, search for an existing non-agent user under Select User, and optionally choose a Role Tier and Commission Template.
Open a sub-agent to see the actions your permissions allow:

Commission overrides only take effect when your operator has enabled them. Otherwise the panel shows "Overrides stored but not active. Contact your administrator to enable."
Clubs
Clubs are private poker rooms that an agent runs. The portal has no Clubs item in its sidebar and no page that lists clubs or creates them, so you open a club directly at /agent/clubs/<club ID>.
The club page shows its Invite Code, member and table counts, and Chip Price, with three tabs:

Commissions
Commissions (/agent/commissions) requires reports.own_commission.
- Commission Breakdown — Your commission by model: Rake Share, CPA, Revenue Share, Tiered, or Flat Fee.
- Pending Holdback Releases — Funds held back from settlements that will be released on their scheduled date.
- Settlement History — Each settlement’s Gross Rake, Net Commission, Holdback, Payout, and Status. Click Details to see its Financial Summary and Calculation Breakdown.
Your operator calculates and approves settlements. See Settlements.
Wholesale
Wholesale (/agent/wholesale) lets you buy chips in bulk at a discount, and requires finance.wholesale_purchase.
The top of the page shows your Wholesale Discount, Agent Balance, Credit Line, and Available Credit, and whether purchases are available. To buy chips:
- Under Purchase Calculator, enter the Chip Amount. It must fall within the minimum and maximum shown.
- Review Chips to receive, Your cost, You save, and Balance after purchase.
- Click Purchase Chips, then Confirm Purchase.
Purchase History lists past purchases with their Date, Chips, Discount, Cost, Balance After, and Status.
Purchases aren’t available while your account has a financial freeze. Your operator sets your discount and credit line. See Financial Controls.
Reports
Reports (/agent/reports) exports your data, and requires reports.export. Without it, the page shows a message asking you to contact your operator.
- Choose Players Report, Commissions Report, or Activity Report.
- Set the From Date and To Date. The default is the last 30 days.
- Choose CSV or JSON as the Format.
- Click the download button.
If you also have subagent.view_reports, exports can include your downline. Recent Exports doesn’t list past downloads yet.
What Each Permission Gates
Permissions come from your role tier, custom role, and any overrides set by your operator. See Agent Permission Keys.
Some permissions control API endpoints that have no screen in the portal yet. These are marked "API only".
